Between 2014 and 2017, the trained sports and fitness clerk completed various training and further education courses in the sports sector, e.g. B. the fitness trainer B and C license for nutrition, CF level 1, powerlifting and gymnastics seminars.

 

Stefan has been actively practicing CrossFit since 2016 and has been a coach in various boxes since then. He is currently a trainer at DEIN CrossFit in Munich and is known for his gymnastics skills. In addition to CROSSFINCA, Stefan's heart beats for the Bundesliga club FC Augsburg and for American Football.
