The cultural economist and business informatics graduate has always been driven to live abroad. In addition to semesters abroad in the USA and India, she also spent a few months on an internship in Barcelona in 2010 and has since fallen in love with the country.

With the start at one of the leading e-commerce companies in the field of dietary supplements, the urge to try new things quickly came: In 2018 she joined a Munich American football team as a defensive back for three successful years. Almost at the same time she stumbled into the first CrossFit lesson at DEIN CrossFit and never left. 
She has been supporting the box in the background since 2019 and as a CF level 1 trainer since 2021. 

She has secretly dreamed of a second home in Spain for a long time, the opportunity to train together in the sunset and to gather the whole group around the paella like in the best student days.
